Rates, payment, and cancellation
Rates vary depending on the nature and duration of the services, whether it be private guided tours (8, 5 or 6 hours), team-building activities (8 hours), or museum games (5 hours), as well as the number of participants. Quotations are provided upon request.
Prices are quoted in Thai Baht, excluding taxes (add 7% VAT), and are valid from 1 January to 31 December 2025. Rates apply per person (adult or child over the age of 10). Our programmes are designed for participants aged 10 and above.
The rates include only the fees for French- and English-speaking guides. All other expenses related to the tours — such as refreshments, snacks, entry tickets to sites, transport (tuk-tuk, metro, boat, bicycle, train, etc.), as well as meals and drinks consumed in establishments (restaurants, bars, cabarets, clubs, etc.), including those of the guide — are the responsibility of the clients.
The duration of a tour — full day (8 hours), half day (5 hours), or Bangkok by Night (6 hours) — begins at the time of hotel pick-up and ends upon return to the hotel. The half-day (5 hours) and full-day (8 hours) options include a lunch break, while the Bangkok by Night (6 hours) option includes a dinner break.
Full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking. In the event of cancellation, the refundable amount will vary depending on the cancellation date relative to the scheduled tour date:
- Up to 30 days before the tour: full refund.
- Between 29 and 15 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the tour: no refund.
